WHOLESALE ORDER INFORMATION.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
WAITING TIMES. The waiting times for our items vary as they are sourced from different artisans around the world. Our cushions, rugs and ottomans will be arriving on a regular monthly basis. Our rattan items are sent to us periodically by sea and are occasionally subject to delays at customs. This means that there could be a waiting period for these items as they are in high demand. If you would like 'in stock items' to be shipped first, please let us know so we can arrange this accordingly. We will update you about the estimated arrival date regularly and we thank you for your patience during this time.
SHIPPING. We can book in your order for shipping (invoice will be sent separately), however you are also welcome to arrange your own transport. Please let us know what has your preference and we will arrange accordingly.
HOW TO ORDER. We would like to ask you to send your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then review your order and inform you about the possible waiting times. Once confirmed we will send an invoice which can be paid either by credit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. The minimum order amount is AU$500.
